At RW Electrodes, we stand behind the precision and quality of our welding supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electrodes or equipment in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain free from moisture and contaminants during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated processing center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
