What is your return policy for industrial supplies?
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization.
How should I store my electrodes to prevent moisture contamination?
We recommend storing electrodes in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. For low-hydrogen electrodes, use a heated rod oven once the original seal is broken.
